Faced with the aggravation of North-South inequalities, the experiences lived in the field in recent years ... ADHM has chosen to intervene with the desire to involve beneficiaries in the identification of real problems and the solutions they will have to put in place to avoid an often too visible dependence.

The role of ADHM is to support their development, to discover and identify resources, to understand and to live to the best of their habits, to minimize the risks of irrelevant actions.

ADHM wishes to propose and carry out actions in full collaboration with the beneficiary populations. 

The projects we are implementing follow a creation logic according to the Cycle Management methodology of a Project.
